
Apply to Ocala Adventist Academy
In order to become eligible to enter Ocala Adventist Academy, each prospective student and his/her parent/guardian must do the following (applicants may be placed on a waiting list until an opening becomes available):
- Submit a Prospective Student Application
- Submit a $50 nonrefundable Application Fee:
- Pay Online at www.OcalaAdventistAcademy.org/donate
- Mail to: 415 NE 41st Ave, Ocala, FL 34470
- Call (352) 509-5043 to schedule a drop-off
- Upload the Required Documents at www.OcalaAdventistAcademy.org/student-file-upload
- Copy of Certified Birth Certificate
- Florida Immunization Form
- Copy of Parent/Guardian ID
- Acceptance Letter (Step Up Students)
- Copy of most recent Report Card
- Copy of transcript (for high school students)
- Copy of most recent achievement test scores
- IF your Student(s) has not taken the Stanford, Terra-Nova, or MAPS test within the past year or test results are unavailable, email OAA@flcoe.org to schedule testing.
Once the Application Process is complete, the Ocala Adventist Academy Admissions Committee will contact you about your status.
