
Apply to Ocala Adventist Academy
In order to become eligible to enter Ocala Adventist Academy, each prospective student and his/hear parent/guardian must do the following (applicants may be placed on a waiting list until an opening becomes available):
- Download the Prospective Student Application Form below and submit the completed form with $50 nonrefundable Application Fee:

- Download the Prospective Student Admissions Form below and submit the completed for with nonrefundable Registration Fee:

- Call (352) 509-5043 to schedule a drop-off
- Schedule student assessment, unless student has taken the Stanford, Terra-Nova, or MAPS test within the past year and can provide a copy of testing results.
- Submit all necessary documentation:
- Copy of Certified Birth Certificate
- Florida Immunization Form
- Copy of Parent/Guardian ID
- Acceptance Letter (Step Up Students)
- Copy of most recent Report Card
- Copy of transcript (for high school students)
- Copy of most recent achievement test scores
